 Many people don't know that we are a family business and we make almost everything by hand. Every order is made to order - and each category has different production times :)

Production Time: 

1. All clothing orders take up to 10 - 15 business days to be made to be printed by hand.

2. All Jewelry takes 10 - 15 business days to be hand made.

3. Blankets take longer since we cut and sew them, production on those takes 3-4 weeks. 

4. Stickers & Masks take 2.5 weeks to be printed 

Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after you checkout.

Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct items & sizes. And customers are fully responsible for entering in their correct shipping address.

 

United states shipping is $5.65 flat rate

International shipping based on weight

EXCHANGE POLICY - please read below 

• All items purchased from the SALE page are final sale.
• All accessories, blankets & home goods are final sale.
• We will exchange clothing 30 days of purchase, and / or give store credit which can be used at any time. 
• Items that have been washed or worn are not eligible to be exchanged.
• We do not offer refunds, as we are a small family run business.

 

Every shirt is printed, and every necklace / bracelet is made by Elaina. We are a small team of 3 people - so bear with us!!

And we are happy to repair broken jewelry no matter how old the purchase :) 

After 30 days we do not cover repaired jewelry shipping.

 

To exchange your product, you must mail your product to: 

 

* please include a note with your name & order number - and tell us if you need a different size or a different item.

*Please note that discounts are not applicable to your exchanges. 

*Please note we do not pay for your returned postage fees
